CRM & Digital Marketing Executive

An opportunity has arisen within the Commercial Services department for a self-motivated, pro-active and highly organised individual to join our team.
As an integral member of the Commercial Services department, the CRM & Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of an integrated communications plan across Surrey Sports Park, supporting and building relationships with a wide range of members and visitors to SSP.
The role will be responsible for generating marketing activity in line with strategic aims of the business, enhancing our customer’s digital user experience and supporting customer retention. In addition, the successful candidate will support the day-to-day management of various Surrey Sports Park digital channels, including Hubspot, the Surrey Sports Park and Team Surrey websites and email marketing.
The successful candidate will need to be a confident face-to-face communicator able to develop positive working relationships with a range of key stakeholders, including Surrey Sports Park colleagues, University of Surrey staff and students, creative agencies, sponsors, partners and media.
This role requires work during unsocial hours, including early mornings, late evening and at weekends.
