We’re looking for a data-driven digital marketer with a creative and commercial brain to join our brilliant marketing team in Derby.
As a digital marketing exec at The Inni Group, your main focus will be delivering paid campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions for our accountancy SaaS brands and professional services. You’ll also plan, create and implement content across our social media channels and websites, and support the Marketing Manager with additional activities.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Campaign Management: You’ll plan, manage and analyse conversion-focused PPC and paid social campaigns to drive traffic to our website, generate leads and drive sales.
- Email Nurture: You’ll develop an effective email marketing & automation process using Hubspot to nurture inbound leads and drive conversions
- Reporting and Analysis: You’ll measure key performance metrics and use your knowledge to analyse and adjust campaigns for maximum performance. Plus, you'll be our go-to person for market research and competitor analysis.
- Managing Social Media: You'll create scroll-stopping content and will squeeze every last drop out of a piece of source material to grow and engage our audiences.
- Website management: You’ll keep our websites up to date using Wordpress and Storyblok content management systems.
Who we're looking for:
- PPC wizard. 2+ years in a digital marketing role, and proven experience running effective Google Ads and paid social campaigns to generate demand and grow sales. Bonus points if you have SaaS campaign experience!
- Hubspot pro. You’ll know your way around Hubspot and its email platform
- Data analysis geek: You’ve mastered GA4 (has anyone!?) and have experience generating insights using analytics tools
- Social media fluent. You love social media and get excited about growing our audiences across YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Bonus points if you’re a YouTube geek!
- Design / video editing skills. Ideally you’ll have experience creating content assets for social media.
- Good writing skills, accuracy and attention to detail. SEO knowledge is a plus!
- A positive, problem-solving mindset, willing to get stuck in and help colleagues.
- A self-starter. We don’t micromanage, so you’ll need to be self-motivated and take responsibility for working effectively (be that from home or in the office.)
