Digital Marketing Lead (Crypto) - Manchester City Centre (hybrid working) - £50,000-£60,000 - Crypto

Having recently launched into the global arena, we are seeking an entrepreneurially minded individual to take full-ownership over the creation and delivery of their Digital Marketing strategy, predominantly across Social (Paid & Organic) but in addition supporting with other channels across Paid Search, SEO/Content, Email, Affiliates/Partnerships.

This is a unique opportunity to join a business at an early stage of its exciting growth journey, with this individual having real input into how the business operates and scales.

Our client are based in the heart of Manchester City Centre (Spinningfields) and offer flexible/hybrid working.

An interest/understanding in Cryptocurrency / Gambling would be highly desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership over digital marketing strategy
• Lead and execute effective Social media strategy across paid and organic
• Support in the creation of a ‘Brand’ through online community building
• Targeted email marketing campaigns focused on retention
• Execute Paid Media campaigns
• Monitor/analyse performance and share findings with key stakeholders
• With the Affiliate Manager, support in the building of an Affiliate Marketing program
• Support in agency-relationships and 3rd party suppliers

Requirements:

• Proven Social Media experience - both Paid & Organic, ideally worked on brand building & community focused social channels
• Understanding of wider Digital channels and best practice
• Understanding or passion for Crpyto / Gambling / Sports not essential but highly desirable
• An entrepreneurial mindset, due to the nature of the business this individual will need to be comfortable involving themselves in wider areas of the business
• Ability to work autonomously & independently
