Senior Data Marketing Executive
Full Time - 35 hours per week (working hours)
Circa Starting Salary: £28,000
Based at our HQ near Stoneleigh, Warwickshire (Agile working arrangements available)
The British Horse Society is the nation’s largest equine charity with a passion for horses that is backed by knowledge and expertise. The BHS represents and provides a range of services for horse riders, horse owners, enthusiasts and professionals.

We are looking for anindividual with proven experience in creating, delivering and analysing personalised customer journeys using CRM marketing technology to elevate engagement and support growth across our charitable objectives and income streams. Measuring and reporting on marketing impact is also a key aspect of this role so skills and experience in using data analytics tools and tracking are essential.
Key skills needed for this exciting role:
· Previous experience in a CRM marketing role
· Knowledge and experience of using Google Analytics and other data analytics tools for campaign reporting and analysis
· Attention to detail and accuracy, with good numeracy skills
· Competency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
· Practical knowledge of data protection along with GDPR and PECR
· A self-motivator and multi-tasker who is naturally data inquisitive

· Creating, delivering and analysing personalised customer journeys using CRM marketing technology
· Delivering planned and reactive marketing emails, trigger-based emails, life-cycle programmes, push notifications and transactional communications
· Working closely with marketing team colleagues to ensure that appropriate email campaign content is planned and developed for use across all journeys
· Using audience segmentation to ensure customers receive marketing communications shaped by their interactions, experiences, and interests
· Undertaking rigorous A/B testing to improve engagement and conversion
· Working with Campaign Managers to establish campaign KPI’s, conduct analysis and create reporting and evaluation
· Delivering monthly impact reporting
