Senior Marketing Executive
Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 (dependent on experience)

This is an exciting time to join Berkshire LEP in a newly created Marketing role where you’ll lead the promotion of contracted LEP services, predominantly in Business Support, Skills and Careers Education Support and Research and Strategy, through co-ordinated marketing campaigns.
Working within our Delivery and Business Development directorate, as Senior Marketing Executive, you will develop and manage marketing plans and campaigns for the various activities which the LEP has contracts to deliver. You will work alongside our external design and comms agencies; produce creative content, communicate with target audiences and stakeholders, and build customer relationships. You will evaluate marketing campaigns and report to project leads, and lead on the management of LEP events.
We are a small company which offers a collaborative and friendly environment with lots of opportunities to get involved across the LEP. The role is a hybrid of working from home and in the LEP office in central Reading for collaborative working when required. This is a full-time role, but we will consider requests for part-time or flexible working.
