Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this is an exciting and varied role offering the successful candidate the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of Marketing. You will be responsible for managing the marketing for your designated brand(s), working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive success of the brands in their respective markets. This role is varied and will require someone with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and well-versed in a range of marketing techniques - a willingness to learn and get stuck in is a necessity.
The successful candidate will work closely with the wider Sales, Editorial, Design, Digital, Audience and Commercial Services teams to help ensure the business meets and exceeds its strategic growth objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Working across your designated brands you will be responsible for the following key areas:
Brand Campaign Management:
● Lead and deliver the brand marketing strategy for designated brands to drive audience acquisition, brand reach and revenue
● Create and manage the annual brand marketing calendar, and review regularly with internal stakeholders
● Copywriting for all campaign elements, ensuring the messaging adheres to the brand guidelines
● Track and analyze campaign performances with regular reporting and data analysis
● Work with project leads to provide marketing support for client campaigns as required - including surveys, roundtables & forums
Sales Support:
● Support key sales initiatives through the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns and materials to drive client acquisition and increase revenue
● Spearhead a customer feedback program for your designated brand(s) to include testimonials, case studies and surveys
● Develop and maintain Texere’s Advertising and Services hub ensuring all calendars and data are current and up-to-date
● Manage internal brand surveys - from initial planning through to post survey reporting
External Event Management
Responsible for Texere’s participation in, and collaboration with, externally organized events, conferences, and exhibitions to include:
● Creation and management of external event calendar for designated brand(s), based on input from internal stakeholders
● Manage Texere’s presence at external events including negotiation of agreements, marketing promotional activity, equipment and logistics
● Track, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of external events, preparing evaluation reports and post-event analysis and recommendations for future planning
● Attend events as required and provide onsite support to the wider team
General
● Support the Marketing Manager with ensuring the integrity of the Texere and associated brands are maintained at all times
● Assist with the ongoing maintenance of content and messaging on the corporate and brand sites
● Provide marketing assistance to additional Texere brand-led and ad-hoc marketing initiatives as requested by the Marketing Manager
Required Qualifications Knowledge Abilities & Experience:
● Marketing Degree or CIM Diploma AND/OR 2 years’ experience in a
Marketing and Events role, ideally in a B2B environment
● Must have a minimum of 2 years marketing experience ideally within a B2B environment
● Ability to develop strong relationships with key partners both externally and internally, at all levels
● Ability to work within budget and to tight deadlines
● Strong negotiation skills
● Self-starter with ability to work independently, innovatively and use initiative
● Ideally a Google Analytics Qualified individual or able to demonstrate an excellent working knowledge of analytics tools
● Team player willing to adapt to a fast-paced & fun environment
● Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
● Excellent organisation skills with a keen eye for detail
● Must have a positive & optimistic attitude
● Previous experience working with an automated marketing tool eg
Marketo, Exponea, MailChimp
● Intermediate level in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
● Ability and willingness to travel internationally
● Full UK Driving License
