We’re searching for a motivated, creative, data-driven individual who can help contribute and positively build upon our company’s brand awareness through targeted, distinctive social media and digital marketing campaigns and content. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Strategist will have a significant stake in our digital strategy and play a vital role in growing awareness & building an audience for Target RWE across multiple channels.

What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager of Marketing and across departments (including Product, Business Development, Scientific & Medical Affairs, Epidemiology & Statistics) to ideate and develop new digital strategies to promote our website, latest press release & event activity, thought leadership content, and social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Help build a digital marketing strategy and develop an appropriate plan & schedule to execute with resources as needed.
- Develop, implement, and manage/track website, digital marketing campaigns and content across different platforms, such as Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and LinkedIn.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies and provide timely analytical reporting to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure communications, content, and digital materials stick to brand guidelines; create content to support new products and company news, latest publications, and/or event activity across our digital channels (website, social media, email marketing).
- Identify trends and patterns while analyzing digital marketing metrics; proactively make recommendations on strategy adjustments.
- Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and provide recommendations for incorporating them into the campaign strategy.
- Ensure Target RWE branding is consistent across all digital and print marketing campaigns and/or advertisements.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Your Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or other business-related field with 3+ years of digital marketing experience in an agency setting. Experience in paid media marketing and social media marketing across the following ad platforms and areas: Google Analytics; Google GA4 Platform; Keyword research; Target Audience building; SEO & PPC media advertising; Email marketing platforms (Pardot, Mailchimp, etc.); Social media advertising & scheduling platforms (Buffer, etc.); Canva / Venngage / Shutterstock Create. Experience working with clients in the CRO/pharma, healthcare, medical, or technology/data space is a plus. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Successful working both independently and as part of a team, with a desire to learn and thrive as part of an agile, growing company. Self-motivated, fast learner who is ready to hit the ground running; problem solver with an elevated level of curiosity who is an independent thinker.
Total Rewards
The salary range estimated for this position is $80,000 - $85,000 per year. This position is also eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company and individual performance. Compensation will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Actual compensation will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.
