We're in need of a customer-focused professional to help our thiriving ecommerce website, vapoholic.co.uk. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering inquiries originating from our website, social media and customer email. This position requires both excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment. You will also play a crucial role in the order fulfilment process and office administartion duties.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and offer assistance with company's online services.
- Listen to and resolve customer inquiries, such as billing issues, over the phone or via email.
- Assist customers with technical issues such as payment processing, access issues, and hardware or software troubleshooting.
- Actively work to resolve all customer complaints and ensure that they are satisfied with the resolution.
- Knowledge of vaping terminology and industry is beneficial
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
