Job title: Digital Marketing Manager

Reporting to: Head of Marketing

Aim of role: Implement the digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and generate sales plus support the partner network whilst adhering to the core values

Job description:

An exciting opportunity has become available for a new role as Digital Marketing Manager to join the Superior Wellness team based at our Head Office in Chesterfield. The Digital Marketing Manager will take a lead on the marketing performance, digital strategy, and growth of the e-commerce sales platform. The primary challenges will be to maximise growth opportunities together with the return on digital spend within this channel.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. You will be working closely with the Head of Marketing. This role would suit an experienced Marketing Manager or a Senior Marketing Executive with a minimum of 3 years digital marketing experience in a similar role. If you are highly creative, organised, customer focused, commercial and passionate we would love to hear from you. You will be a team player, able to multi-task in a busy environment, and a self-motivated individual.

Role & Responsibilities

Your role will need to change and adapt with the needs of the business. Some of your responsibilities may include:

· Full management of Paid Search including lead generation and Google Ads (search and shopping). This will include setting up the campaigns and managing them on a daily basis, analysing insights and trends to achieve maximum ROI and keeping to a set budget

· Reporting monthly trade against digital spend, providing detailed analysis of key business drivers, and producing actions plans to ensure sales and contribution targets are met.

· Conduct competitor, key word and customer behaviour research

· A strong understanding and ability to perform on-site SEO, including keyword analysis, keyword research and internal page structures

· Create and manage landing pages and conversion tracking tools

· Social Media - own the plan, draft and schedule posts, insights, social listening, respond and engage with posts and liaise with influencers. You may be managing several accounts within Sprout Social including Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter and TikTok. Maintain and create paid Facebook ad campaigns

· Email Marketing - create and design emails, this will include copywriting and resizing images. You may also be asked to create automated email programs

· Websites – including creating and uploading new content, amending existing content via Wordpress

· Copywriting - latest news, blogs, award submissions, emails, social media, web copy and press releases

· Assist in implementing marketing campaigns whilst following brand guidelines and stay up to date with digital trends

· Liaise with agencies, our partner network and other departments in the business

· Line manage two marketing team members

· An understanding and experience of implementing e-commerce and digital marketing strategy

The ideal candidate should have:

· A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing/ecommerce role

· Marketing or business-related degree or CIM qualification

· B2B and B2C experience

· An advanced Google Analytics / Adwords user with experience of using Google Ad Manager and the Google Merchant Centre

· Line management experience

· A good written ability, and the ability to proof-read and change wording where necessary to enhance SEO

· Social Media experience including approving content, creating engaging content, scheduling posts, managing a social media plan and implementing Facebook paid ads

· Experience using Word Press or similar to upload new content to the website

· Experience using dotdigital or a similar platform to build email content

· Driving licence

· This role is office-based Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm
