As a Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the marketing manager to execute innovative marketing strategies, create compelling content, manage digital campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, responsibilities will include:

  • Create & post compelling content for various marketing channels, including website, blog, social media, and email marketing to engage and educate our target audience.
  • Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring it is up-to-date and user-friendly.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to develop marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and sales tools to support the sales process.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies and share knowledge and insights with the team to drive innovation
  • Create and manage research into topical issues for thought pieces and blogs, writing case studies, and content for email marketing, website, blogs, and brochures.
  • Help with the organisation of events providing project-specific administrative support.
  • Coordinate photo and video shoots.
  • Create and manage the production and stock of branded merchandise.
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing department.

This is an office-based role in Crawley with some travel to additional locations occasionally necessary to fulfil the duties of the role, including but not limited to, client office visits, photo shoots, events, and external locations for training and development.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including WordPress, basic SEO, MailChimp email marketing, and social media management
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to make informed marketing decisions
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to work and a desire to achieve marketing objectives
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in the construction or education industry

Desired Skills

  • CIM qualified or bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • InDesign and Photoshop
