Job Description
In this role as Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal part in shaping their marketing strategy, contributing to the planning and ongoing management of their new website, and overseeing the production and management of their marketing collateral.
As a key member of their team, you will be responsible for generating a steady flow of leads to drive sales opportunities.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop initiatives for cross-selling and secondary sales.
Your role will involve liaising with third-party marketing suppliers, collaborating closely with our operations and business development teams, and providing support to our customer service function as needed.
A crucial aspect of this position is assisting in the development of a comprehensive database of new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the planning and ongoing management of their website, ensuring it effectively communicates their brand story and value proposition.
- Oversee the production and management of marketing collateral, including print materials, digital content, and promotional items, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate a steady stream of leads, effectively driving sales opportunities and contributing to business growth.
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities for cross-selling and secondary sales, maximising revenue potential.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with third-party marketing suppliers, coordinating efforts to achieve marketing objectives.
- Collaborate closely with our operations and business development teams to align marketing activities with overall business goals and objectives.
- Provide occasional support to the customer service function, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.
