We’re on the hunt for a killer Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our pod!

We work tirelessly to become a key part of our clients’’ teams or an invaluable outsourced solution. We support key tasks or take full control over our their online marketing presence.
With a vast mix of clients across B2B and B2C marketplaces we’re after an Account Manager who is ready to dive in and proactively work on, deliver, and improve our clients’ businesses. We want someone to ensure our teams and campaigns are on target, delivering results, and operating on time and within budget. You’ll be a proactive and confident communicator who will work closely with our Managing Director and divisional leaders to continue driving forward both our and our clients’ businesses.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guide, task and work alongside our internal teams and external contractors to deliver digital marketing solutions, taking a hands-on approach to client work.
- Run monthly client meetings to review plans and report on campaign performance.
- Maintain and grow account revenues by providing a results-driven, honest, and high-quality service that ensures we retain and grow our clients’ campaigns.
- Work with our developer and Managing Director to help deliver new client websites.
- Use and update our task and project management system on a daily basis.
- Support the Managing Director with business development opportunities.
- Work to become the main point of contact with your clients and to develop a thriving, communicative, and understanding working relationship – become a member of their team (not just a supplier).
- Proactively identify and work with our teams to solve campaign issues and report back to your clients.
- Manage client expectations in terms of ROI, results, and turnaround time.
ROLE-RELATED SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Digital & online marketing experience in agency (2+ years required)
- Account management experience (2+ years required)
- Marketing campaign execution and implementation experience
Experience in and/or a solid understanding of key digital marketing environments such as;
- Website Management & CMS’s (especially WordPress)
- Paid Advertising
- Search Engine Optimisation
- Social Media Posting (advertising would be a bonus)
- Local Search
- Ability to use, understand, report, and suggest action using tools such as Google Analytics / Search Console and other online marketing tools
- Google Certifications (or equivalent) – Search & Online Marketing
ROLE-RELATED DESIRABLES
- Experience in preparing and scheduling email marketing campaigns (MailChimp / other).
- A passion for how digital marketing and ‘the web’ can be applied in a commercial environment.
- An understanding of website design, trends and functionality.
- A desire to learn and become a key part of our agency future.
- Experience and understanding of Google Tag Manager.
- Ability to write content for varying audiences.
- Effective social media content creation and page management.

FURTHER INFORMATION:
Full-time, permanent, office-based (Littlehampton).
Monday to Friday.
37.5 hours per week to be worked between 8-6pm.
