Wage: This is a voluntary role.
Hours: 1 part-time role available (approximately 3 hrs per week).
Start date: Immediate.

Pause Cat Cafe is looking for 1 bookkeeper. You will be responsible for writing the daybooks, which contain records of purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. You ensure that all transactions whether it is cash transaction or credit transaction are recorded in the correct daybook, supplier's ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;
Bookkeeping
Invoicing
Credit Control
Data entry, upkeep of database entries
Data entry of timesheet and expense information
Track consultants’ expenses
Assist and report back to the business owner with any other tasks
Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
Requirements (desirable)
Preferably a Bookkeeping / Accountancy qualification
Previous experience as a bookkeeper
Well organised and diligent with a keen eye for detail
Excel skills and must be proficient working on data sheets
Good level of English (B2 minimum)
Candidates are expected to be professional, able to work alone and part of the team.
