Digital Marketing Apprenticeship!
Role Purpose
To assist the Senior Management in ensuring that as the business grows we do not compromise on the exceptional service that our clients receive. The role will be part of the senior team, and working alongside the Head Housekeeper to achieve the company goals.

Main duties and responsibilities
- QUALITY
Working alongside the Head Housekeeper to ensure that all works delivered by the business are completed to the company standards, thus delighting our clients. This will involve regular audits, and the development and strengthening of processes and procedures.
- STAFF TRAINING
Induction and training of new staff using the company training process, so as to allow a smooth transition into the business. Ongoing training and assessment of current staff to ensure that complacency does not creep into what we do. Assist in developing the current training methods as the business grows. Ongoing training of existing staff to include introduction of new methods or refresher training
- HEALTH AND SAFETY and BEHAVIOURS
Ensuring that the team adheres to company health and safety policy and standards at all times.
- ADMINISTRATION
To assist in the production and management of the staff rota. Manage any changes to the rota in relation to staff or clients, to minimize any disruption to the business. Weekly invoicing of clients. Assist in developing processes and procedures to help the business grow
- STAFF
To help motivate, organize and oversee the housekeeping and cleaning teams workin alongside the Head Housekeeper- Input into assessing staff members for scoring the Staff Award Scheme. Working alongside the Head Housekeeper and Directors, you will manage and sometimes deliver the weekly team meeting, and input into the agenda.
- CLIENTS
Develop and help to maintain excellent client relationships, managing complaints received from clients through to a satisfactory conclusion, managing any rota changes with clients.
- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Researching potential new work streams in the area and making initial contact in order to try and set up meetings. Going forward this will become a key part of the role. Duties will include supporting the Directors as required in all aspects of the business, production of new job sheets to ensure that staff are full briefed on the job and many more!

As a marketing apprentice you will be trained in Online & Offline Marketing, Digital Marketing Business Principles and the Principle of Coding. You will also gain an Advanced level certificate in Google Analytics.
Job role including but not limited to:
· Creating live campaigns on social media.
· Coding – maintenance of the website including SEO.
· General administration including updating data and office systems, ordering supplies and IT communications.
· Front of house, meeting & greeting customers and providing a good service.
· Online processing.
· Taking payments.
Ideal qualities:
· Business minded, there will be an element of customer relations, business development and sales through digital media.
· Any age and experience is welcome to apply.
