Marketing Executive – Overseeing The Americas
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Location: Altrincham
Hours of Work: 8:30-5 Monday to Thursday and 8:30-4pm Friday

Who will I be working with?
NES Fircroft is an award-winning staffing specialist that places technical experts into roles across the engineering industry on an international basis. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to be the key Marketing point of contact for our Americas operations, based at our global headquarters in the UK.
You’ll join an international marketing team of designers, communications and digital specialists to support and facilitate marketing needs and the department’s output with high quality artwork.
What will the role of entail?
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will create artwork for all marketing communications across the Americas region including digital media, print material and website content. You will be expected to generate innovative new ideas and original designs, whilst adhering to our brand guidelines at all times and ensuring that all ideas are executed to a high standard; attention to detail is an absolute must. You will also be the region’s main point of contact for the department, encouraging best practises with colleagues in relation to our branded materials and marketing outputs.
This is a varied role where no two days are quite the same; you will be exposed to an abundance of experienced colleagues to learn from and be involved in a variety of projects supporting all aspects of the business.
Main responsibilities
- Designing original promotional material using Adobe InDesign (flyers / exhibition graphics / corporate stationary etc.) – from initial concept through to execution
- Formatting presentation and proposal designs on Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
- Designing graphics for social media and email campaigns
- Working to deadlines to ensure all graphics are completed on time to fit in with the marketing schedules
- Creating new designs for the Bids & Tenders team as required
- Reinforcing existing marketing materials and processes to all colleagues
- Working with the international team to help facilitate local marketing initiatives (campaigns, event support)
What will I need to be considered for this vacancy?
- A strong portfolio of work to demonstrate your design skills, design qualification preferred
- Good working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign
- Competent working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, particularly Word and PowerPoint
- An exceptional eye for detail; competent proof-reading and English language skills with the ability to enhance written content
- Superb communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work well within a team
