Job description
We are currently looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team, this exciting opportunity will put the successful candidate at the forefront of our marketing strategy, being responsible for all deliverables.
The Marketing Executive will report into the Head of Client Solutions with accountability to the senior management team.
We are looking for a do-er, someone who wants to get their hands dirty, increase their skills, try new things and have a bit of fun at the same time.
The Role
360 digital marketing, working with our management team and marketing team to deliver on the strategy in place. This is a hands-on role where learning about new and innovative techniques will be the key driving force.
The role will be working alongside our whole staff for individual projects and wider tasks representing our whole brands or those of our clients.
This is an autonomous position where someone will need to demonstrate creativity and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Typical Duties
- Working alongside the management team to deliver the group marketing strategy
- Familiar with digital marketing activities including email, social media, SEO, paid ads etc
- Building relationships with our external suppliers (including Job Boards) to ensure we are maximising our presence
- Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition
- Updating group websites and writing SEO content
- Working with stakeholders at every level and designing marketing plans for their individual objectives (Personal brand, recruitment marketing, visibility)
Key Skills/Experience
- Degree in Marketing (non-essential, but preferred)
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Marketing Executive or a similar role
- Highly competent in MS office (specifically PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of marketing concepts and principles
- Experience in the recruitment industry (non-essential, but preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chester
