Work Pattern: Full time position. Office hours are 08:00-16:00 Monday-Friday.

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand image and driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, enhancing our online presence, managing social media platforms, creating compelling content, and collaborating with various stakeholders to execute marketing strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for a enthusiastic individual with a passion for design and a knack for creative storytelling.

What you’ll be doing

– Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth.

– Continuous monitoring and optimisation of marketing activity against key performance indicators, demonstrating return on investment.

– Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitor analysis, and use insights to inform marketing campaigns.

– Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, blog posts, social media, email newsletters, case studies, and press releases.

– Manage and optimize our online presence, including website content, SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.

– Collaborate with internal teams, including design, sales, and project management, to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals.

– Monitor and analyse campaign performance, generate reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

– Coordinate and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand visibility and establish industry partnerships.

– Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices, and apply knowledge to drive innovation within the company.

What you’ll bring

– Qualified to degree-level in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

– Proven experience in a marketing role, (preferably within the architecture, design, or construction industry but not required).

– Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a track record of successfully executing integrated marketing campaigns.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences and drives tangible business results.

– Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including website CMS, SEO tools, social media management tools, and email marketing software.

– Experience in data analysis, CRM, and reporting, with the ability to extract insights and drive data-informed decision-making.

– Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think creatively and bring innovative ideas to the table.

– Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

– Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
