Job description
- Execute the creation and in platform deployment of Paid Marketing, Affiliate, and SEO campaigns and budgets as per the digital content calendar and corporate go-to-market plans; leveraging various Media platforms and analytics tools leading GT towards personalized strategies
- Partner with the Digital Data and Analytics team to develop online and offline tracking and optimizations, testing strategies as well as influencing the recommended paid media strategy
- Produce and or coordinate the creation of digital assets (Ads, eflyer links, UTM links, QR Codes etc.) and content for campaigns by collaborating with the Digital Design, Site Experience, Marketing and PR teams, acting as the main point of contact and act as the digital media subject matter expert providing guidance to the digital design and site experience teams on best-practices and optimizations Service 3rd party relationships (Meta, Affiliate, Google, YouTube, Flipp, SEO, & others) acting as the main point of contact and develop relationships in order to access new beta testing opportunities

- Execute ongoing monitoring, reporting and pacing updates for weekly and monthly spend, channel activity with analysis, insights and recommendations as well as reporting on key SEO metrics and optimizations
- Execute testing of campaign elements such as but not exclusive to creative, audience and landing page experience for continuous optimizations and identifying opportunities for future improvement
- Execute SEO best practices and content optimization conducting SEO audits as well as partnering with Product Management to deliver on an optimized SEO roadmap
- Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns and budgets
- 2+ years of experience in SEO methodologies and best practices
- Knowledge of measurement methodologies including multi-touch attribution and media mix modeling
- In-platform experience in Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, remarketing and Affiliate
- Experience with standard industry tools (SEO and analytics platforms), including Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, core web vital tools, etc.
- Experience using site analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Looker with strong analytical skills and ability to measure the success of campaigns
- Knowledge of retail and eCommerce industry and a strong customer focused with a mobile first mentality
- Certificate in Google Ads, SEMrush
- Video & Display Advertising certificates are an asset
- Experience working with Graphic designers and copywriters
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma considered an asset
- Bilingual in English and French
