From Swimming lessons, to walking football and everything in-between we are driven to provide fun and welcoming sessions to support the whole community to be active, both within our leisure centres and in the local community.
This is an exciting opportunity for an inspiring individual to join the Stafford Partnership as our Marketing Executive; working across this diverse partnership with our colleagues at the leisure centres, outdoor sports stadium, on mass-participation events as well as supporting the heritage and theatre teams you will have a hands on approach to the creation and delivery of marketing and communications plans.
With the flexibility to work both on your own on a number of priorities at once and with our central marketing teams on group campaigns you will drive sales leads and increase participation in all leisure and cultural activities. Your experience of working on marketing and promotional plans across all digital and traditional marketing channels will showcase your excellent written communication skills, energy and passion.
This role is a hands-on marketing and communications role, delivering marketing and communications activity to optimise lead generation and all other commercial activities and opportunities across the partnership, focusing on Stafford & Stone Leisure Centres, Rowley Park and mass participation Events.
Hours: up to 37 hours per week, Monday - Sunday (Rota basis)
Requirements
- Marketing activity plans for all products and services are in place and delivered, including Group campaigns, with a focus on priority income areas.
- All local online platforms proactively promote the centres and activity programmes and provide a positive experience for customers, to drive sales leads and increase participation.
- Taking the lead on the generation of positive news stories for local media and on line channel sharing.
- Preparing various marketing projects both digital & traditional marketing from planning through to design
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to write project and marketing plans
- Mobility to travel across sites
