Job description
- Be the face of UK eCommerce with our customers, building positive relationships with new, lapsed & existing customers to meet or exceed online sales targets whilst achieving required profitability.
- Work to actively onboard a set number of new customers each month in pursuit of 20% of our customer base using our eCommerce channel before the end of 2023
- Work with Digital Go-To-Market Lead to embed PCC into the new customers onboarding journey, delivering new registrations & eCommerce revenue.
- Maintain an accurate database of CQI data utilising CRM to update customer information based on visits & conversations carried out.
- Embed promotional packages from marketing into eCommerce strategy, ensuring customers are aware of our current promotions online.
- Follow up on PCC NPS feedback.
- Visit target list of customers throughout the UK to onboard to PCC and generate incremental eCommerce revenue
Specific Skills & Experience:
- eCommerce / multichannel sales experience is a benefit
- Commercialising digital applications
- Influencing skills
- Strong sales orientation and drive
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong professional manner
- Good PC skills essential & ability to learn new systems
- Graduate, post graduate or diploma qualification, training record or relevant sales experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in a relevant discipline
- eCommerce/Digital sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
