Fair Investment Company, established in 2000, is a specialist marketing company operating within personal finance in the UK. Based in Clifton, Bristol, we operate several successful websites and are currently looking for a marketing specialist to join our team.
We seek an experienced and creative Marketing Specialist to join our content and marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies and developing and managing campaigns using Hubspot CRM.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of omnichannel inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, with a particular focus on email and SMS.
The successful candidate should also be comfortable with data analysis and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Working with our content team to make sure all sales angles and customer buying triggers are translated into touch points, CTAs and conversion opportunities, using appropriate levels of automation to maximise resources
- CRM strategy - Using Hubspot develop and implement a CRM strategy that uses Email & SMS to engage our database generating leads for different products
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services, including design layout, content creation and scheduling.
- Hubspot management - manage and segment client data
- A/B testing - to improve response rates and campaign performance
- Working with our business analyst to measure and enhance commercial outcomes
- Manage budgets and track expenses.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
Experience required:
We are looking for an individual with a strong background in CRM, particularly in Email and SMS marketing. The ideal candidate will have:
- Prior experience as a CRM Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on Email and SMS marketing.
- A proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM strategies that drive lead generation.
- Strong understanding of database management and customer segmentation techniques.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and digital marketing tools.
- In-depth knowledge of email deliverability, with experience in optimising email campaigns to improve inbox placement rates and overall deliverability success.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Deep understanding of privacy and data protection regulations.
- Understanding of Google ads & analytics is an advantage
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £35,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
