Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level position. This role will primarily focus on managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, excellent analytical skills, and a creative mindset to develop and execute effective paid advertising strategies. This position is jack-of-all-trades for digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
+ Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
+ Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
+ Develop creative and compelling ad copy, landing pages, and visual assets to maximize campaign performance.
+ Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTRs), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
+ Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters for better campaign performance.
+ Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid advertising strategies with overall marketing goals and initiatives.
+ Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in paid advertising to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
+ Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance to clients and internal stakeholders.
+ Assist in the management and tracking of advertising budgets to ensure optimal allocation and cost-effectiveness.
+ Support the implementation of search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and other digital marketing initiatives as needed.
+ Assist marketing strategists with various digital marketing tactics including emails.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
+ Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including paid advertising strategies, keyword research, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
+ Proficient in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
+ Experience with data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics and/or marketing automation platforms.
+ Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance data to make data-driven decisions.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling ad copy and articulate campaign performance to clients and team members.
+ Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.
+ Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative paid advertising strategies.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
