We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. This person will play a key role in driving our online presence and optimizing our digital marketing efforts. The primary responsibilities will include website updates within HubSpot, conversion rate optimization testing, tracking pixel implementation, site reporting, backend reporting tracking, website testing, SEO updates, and Google Analytics reporting and setup.

You will:
- Perform regular website updates and maintenance using HubSpot, ensuring all content is up-to-date and aligned with our brand guidelines.
- Conduct conversion rate optimization testing to improve the effectiveness of our website in driving user engagement and conversions.
- Implement tracking pixels across our website and digital assets to gather relevant data for analysis and performance measurement.
- Generate comprehensive site reports, including key metrics, user behavior analysis, and recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize backend reporting tools to monitor and track website performance, identifying areas for optimization and enhancement.
- Conduct website testing, including A/B testing and usability testing, to identify opportunities for enhancing user experience and driving conversions.
- Collaborate with the SEO team to implement necessary updates and optimizations to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Set up and maintain Google Analytics accounts, providing regular reports and insights on website performance.
- Take overall responsibility for website performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and working closely with the team to implement necessary changes.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic to our website, including content marketing, search engine optimization, social media campaigns, and paid advertising.
- Monitor and analyze the performance and accuracy of tracking pixels, making necessary adjustments and improvements.
- Plan and execute website measurement strategies, defining key metrics and tracking mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of our digital marketing efforts.
- Test and develop email campaigns using HubSpot, ensuring they are optimized for maximum engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including marketing, design, and development teams, to ensure alignment and support in achieving our digital marketing objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Strategist or similar role, with a strong track record in driving website performance and optimizing digital marketing efforts
- Proficiency in using HubSpot for website updates and email marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization principles and best practices
- Experience in implementing tracking pixels across site pages and buttons, and utilizing tools like Google Tag Manager
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, including reporting, setup, and data analysis
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and techniques, with hands-on experience in implementing SEO updates
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Google Analytics 4 certified
- Experience with paid digital media is a plus
- Can work in a mostly EST environment
- Experience working remotely
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future
- Any technical or education background that is required

The hiring range for this role is: $84,000 - $99,000 USD Annually
DNSFilter is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The hiring base pay is dependent upon many factors such as level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and/or geographic location. As a fully remote company, our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. and global geographic markets. We pay differently based on those defined markets.
