Digital Marketing Specialist, Sense Colour
Reports To: Global Marketing Leader
Position Purpose:
Contribute to the overall growth of the Givaudan Sense Colour Business Unit by supporting online, customer-facing presence with up-to-date, branded, and relevant information and internally reporting on KPIs.
Duties:
Oversee Sense Colour’s social media presence
- Create and post relevant, on-brand content to current social media channels and drive traffic to our website
- LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube
- Coordinate with regions to post globally relevant content in regionally specific languages
- Explore, evaluate, and report on up-and-coming social media platforms for Sense Colour’s potential use
- Analyze social media performance including best times to post, highest performing post types, etc.
- Coordinate with Givaudan T&W digital manager on SCBU content
- Coordinate Digital Advertising
- Develop, run, analyze, and optimize google and social media ad plans aligned with the overall marketing strategy and branding
- Work with regional Taste & Wellbeing product managers and marketers to develop advertising strategies to support the initiatives in each region
- Website Maintenance, Analytics, & Optimization
- Update the Sense Colour website as required & provide web analytics
- Use tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console to regularly analyze Sense Colour web performance
- Work with the marketing coordinator to update web content to optimize web pages and learning center posts.
- Videos & Podcasts
- Work with global team to create technical and promotional on-brand videos
- Coordinate the creation of brand-building videos with internal and external vendors
- Coordinate podcast scripts and recordings
- E-Newsletter
- Develop content for and send quarterly Sense Colour e-newsletter
- Track and report KPIs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
3-5 years experience in digital marketing
Skills
Good communication skills – written & oral
Proficiency in Photoshop
Basic skills in video editing software such as iMovie, Movavi, etc.
Skills in photography a plus
Basic HTML a plus
Certifications:

- Advanced Google Analytics
Display, Search, Video, & Measurement
LinkedIn Ads
HubSpot SEO & Digital Marketing (can get after they are hired)
