About this opportunity
The Marketing team is looking for a strong communicator to lead our digital marketing strategies that resonate with our online audiences while reflecting CBI Health’s brand, values, and strategic priorities. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for engaging our external B2B and B2C audiences, increasing brand awareness online, and executing on our strategic communications objectives. We will look to you to lead and manage robust communications plans and drive efficiencies on a national scale, to streamline and create consistent campaigns and messaging across the network.
The position will oversee and generate a variety of digital and SEO related content including blogs/articles, service and program positioning, social media strategies, and various though leadership series and campaigns. The role also includes managing our digital channels (websites, Google, social, etc.) and setting and managing performance analytics.
Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day
- Manage our digital channels including our website, Google listings, social media, and other online channels.
- Develop, lead and implement digital strategies and content publishing calendars to support corporate objectives.
- Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns which drive engagement, brand awareness and increase audience reach.
- Develop, lead and implement content strategy and look for opportunities to align our digital content campaigns and series with SEO best practices.
- Oversee digital channel and campaign/project performance and reporting including website assets, Google/GA, social, directories, etc.
- Contribute expertise to creative brainstorming and concept development sessions to help increase digital channel performance and engagement.
What you need to be successful
- Creativity, enthusiasm and a passion for marketing and content creation
- Experience with content development, copy editing, and proof reading
- Experience using Google Analytics or other performance reporting tools
- Experience managing websites and using website CMS platforms
- Adobe Photoshop experience an asset
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects under strict deadlines
- Attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative mindset
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a corporate setting
- A degree in Communications, Marketing or similar
