Digital Marketing Executive
Remote working - Must be able to attend monthly meetings at the Bollington/ Crewe offices

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading organisation as a Digital Marketing Executive. The role will involve identifying strategies and techniques and deliver engaging content to increase the number of commercial traffic to the company’s websites.
You’ll work towards obtaining a high-ranking placement in SERPs with the key goal being to deliver more organic, new business leads through optimisation of identified, strategic keyphrases.
Role and responsibilities:
§ Deliver interesting and engaging multimedia content; including videos, testimonials, infographics, blogs, whitepapers, webhooks, interactive presentations, polls and more.
§ Be an expert in using Wordpress.
§ Understand how and why Google ranks certain pages higher and be able to identify opportunities to improve our results.
§ Create tracking tags and test in the Google marketing platform for campaigns.
§ Backlinking: you’ll have experience of paid and organic outreach for backlinks.
§ Employ user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimisation methods to turn visitors into more active users and to help improve website performance.
§ Monitor algorithm updates by the search engines to keep up to date with changes.
§ Distribute content through socials and build a community of engaged customers
§ Continually improve your knowledge and stay up to date with market developments through industry press updates.
Skills and experience required:
§ Previous experience in a similar marketing role
§ Experience in email marketing and using Wordpress
§ Multi-channel marketing automation
§ Experience in digital marketing
§ Excellent content writing skills
§ Strong analytical skills for understanding ranking algorithms and analysing traffic signals.
§ Experience of Microsoft Dynamics Marketing
§ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an excellent knowledge of Excel
§ Competency in Adobe creative cloud, as a minimum Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator
§ Flexibility and good time management skills as you manage a diverse workload.
§ Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

Salary: £27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
