Senior Digital Marketing Executive
Job Location: British Red Cross, Salford, Manchester M50 2GT
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 35 per week
Salary: £25,000 per annum based on 35 hours per week

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to manage specific online channels with the objective of driving bookings and revenue. You will support the Digital Manager with implementing marketing plans and site development and assist in the development and execution of all aspects of online marketing plans and website campaigns, including new media technology (video & mobile).
A day in the life of a Senior Digital Marketing Executive:
- You will develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as search engines (PPC), social media (Paid Social), email, and display advertising.
- You will develop and implement CRM automation strategies to improve customer interactions, increase conversion rates and drive revenue growth.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to work on website based projects with tight timelines and resources.
- You will project manage inbound marketing campaigns and other projects along with planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media and maintaining partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
- You will provide creative, data-driven ideas for new content creation and implement regular website content updates, implementing internal linking strategies, ensuring all content is aligned with brand guidelines and is consistent across channels.,
To be a successful Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll need:
- Proven experience in B2B Digital Marketing as well as an excellent understanding of inbound marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, link building and email marketing.
- Robust experience in using web analytics tools – specifically Google Analytics, Google Search Console, ahrefs, HubSpot analysis and reporting.
- Strong organisational and project management skills to effectively plan, execute and prioritise time sensitive website related tasks and projects.
- Experience in working towards delivering revenue targets and using data and insights to improve performance of campaigns.
- Experience in writing and editing high quality content for complex, regulated markets and implementing successful lead generation strategies.
