THE ROLE

This role is devised to support and promote ongoing marketing opportunities for British Land Retail Customers and to support the achievement of our Commercial objectives.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • In conjunction with the retail calendar, produce a retailer customer comms plan to ensure timely requests for inclusions on campaigns in an easy to use format.


  • Identify and execute customer solus marketing opportunities aligned with key retail customers and the retail calendar for impact and showcase stand-out.


  • Complete marketing performance evaluation reports against KPIs at the end of each quarter, making recommendations for improvement.


  • Filter and prepare all day to day customer content ready for issue across our owned channels by the regional marketing managers.


  • Provide digital support services for the consumer email programme, website content fulfilment and social scheduling & reporting.


  • Stakeholder liaison: manage and proactively communicate with all stakeholders to fulfil role requirements – sustainability team, property managers, leasing managers, retailers and associated marketing agencies.


  • Support the digital marketing executive during annual leave and to ensure service continuity.


  • Support the retail campaign development process – highlight opportunities, provide insight, trends and research new developments.


  • Manage the customer marketing opportunities packs at each relevant asset, ensuring they are up-to-date, relevant and accessible.


  • Support the new customer onboarding process – marketing introduction and opportunities.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills both written and verbal.


  • Will be a confident, pro-active self-starting individual who works well under pressure within a high volume environment.


  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. An inquisitive mind and a drive for continual improvement.


  • Solutions driven, innovative and creative thinker.


  • Experience in presenting / communicating to a variety of stakeholders.


  • Must have good knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint.


  • Desirable - experience of email marketing, social platform Hootsuite and CMS website content management.


  • Desirable - recognised marketing qualification or prepared to study for one.


  • Minimum of two years marketing experience


  • Experience working with service providers and agencies.
