We are looking for a Customer Services Manager to join our team here at IKEA Greenwich to Champion our Customer Experience Agenda in the most sustainable way!
WHAT WE OFFER

WHAT YOU WILLBE DOING DAY TO DAY
To build and retain long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers in a multi-channel retail environment
Valuing and fulfilling customer needs and expectations thereby stimulating more and more frequent visits.
Ensuring a positive shopping experience that creates trust in the IKEA Brand before, during and after their visit.
Using Customer insights to improve customer satisfaction.

ABOUT YOU
- You are self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a larger team.
- Leadership engagement and strong influencing skills
- Ability to prioritize and organize work and the work of others to make the most efficient use of the time available.
- Strong communications skills both verbally, written
- Able to plan staffing needs according to the customer flow.
- Has strong communication skills with the ability to adjust the style of communication to get the message across to the receiver.
- Is a confident decision-maker with common sense and attention to detail
- Experience of actively meeting customer needs through understanding customers in a service industry.
