Job role overview:

We are actively seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist. The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role as part of our in-house marketing team, focusing primarily on AVINTIV's marketing needs. Their responsibilities will revolve around creating, building, and managing all of AVINTIV's marketing and advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess a strong background in B2B marketing and have a proven track record of increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, and ultimately boosting revenue.

Collaborating closely with the executive team, the Digital Marketing Specialist will ensure that the campaigns effectively meet our company's monthly goals. This will involve developing marketing campaigns and leveraging their expertise in various areas, including SEO, content creation, social media, PPC, social advertising, email marketing, and more.

This role will be integral to translating the executive team’s vision into actionable strategies. The Digital Marketing Specialist will receive detailed visions from the executive team and will collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure the visions are executed and fully integrated.

As AVINTIV achieves its initial goals and expands its in-house marketing team, exciting opportunities will arise to collaborate with clients on digital marketing and advertising campaigns that surpass the competition.

Once we have successfully grown our brand awareness, website traffic, and overall revenue, we will continue to expand our in-house marketing team. At that point, team members may also be utilized for client projects, maximizing their expertise and contributions.

What you’ll do:

  • Conducting market research and analysis: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to create effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns: Create and execute campaigns across various digital channels, such as social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  • Create multi-purpose digital marketing campaigns: Create and execute effective digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic and conversions, and ultimately achieve business objectives.
  • Creating content: Collaborate with internal teams to create written or visual content for the company website, social media channels, email marketing campaigns, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Managing social media accounts: Collaborate with internal teams to help manage the company's social media accounts, including creating content, responding to comments, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Optimizing website and digital channels: Monitor website traffic, analyze user behavior, and work with internal design, development, and SEO teams to optimize the website content to improve user experience and increase conversions.
  • Managing email marketing campaigns: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, segmenting email lists, and analyzing email campaign performance.
  • Measuring and reporting on performance: Track and report on key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and overall brand awareness metrics, to evaluate the success of their campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Implementation of emerging technologies: Research and stay up-to-date with the latest emerging technologies, especially familiarity with ai and ChatGPT and how the company can utilize them.

What you’ll bring:

  • Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred; otherwise, 3+ years of proven experience within digital marketing.
  • Skills: Experience and knowledge of various digital marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, social advertising, and content marketing.
  • Technology: Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google My Business, Google Shopping, and all other Google-related platforms.
  • Communication skills: Strong communication skills, including excellent writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to present and explain complex ideas to clients and colleagues.
  • Analytical skills: Analyze and interpret data from various sources to make data-driven decisions and adjust digital marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Creativity: Thinking outside the box as a creative thinker with the ability to develop unique and engaging content that resonates with specific target audiences.
  • Time management skills: Be able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaboration skills: The ability to work in teams with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
