We are a startup Investment company which invests in SMEs and property. Within our portfolio we have a digital marketing agency, residential and commercial property assets, restaurants, childcare nurseries and businesses in the personal care sector.

The Role

We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to join us and work across various clients in different industries (both B2C and B2B).

You’ll be taking the lead on a number of marketing channels including Google Ads, SEO, email, social media (organic and paid) and content marketing. We particularly need strong account management skills as you’ll be required to communicate with clients directly to discuss strategy, deliver reports and for campaign creation.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Independently planning and executing campaigns across different digital marketing channels (Google Ads, SEO, email, organic and paid social media, content marketing).
  • Monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and being responsible for the results.
  • Account management (communicating directly with clients).
  • Creating monthly marketing reports and explaining them internally to senior management and externally to clients.
  • Assisting with content for company social media pages and blog.
  • Manage and deliver digital and online marketing campaigns including maintenance and development of existing social media
  • Create social media content for all digital platform, schedule and post

The ideal candidate

  • You have at least 3 years of digital marketing experience.
  • You have a good understanding of all digital marketing channels (Google Ads, SEO, email, organic and paid social media, content marketing).
  • You can confidently run digital campaigns on your own and can take responsibility for the results.
  • You have good knowledge of different digital platforms including Google Analytics, social media campaign managers, Google Ads, WordPress, etc. Knowledge of HubSpot is preferred but is not a requirement.
  • You can come up with creative ideas and campaigns to support different client accounts.
  • You have a good understanding of how different digital marketing channels work together.
  • You are a self-starter and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • You’ve got excellent organisation skills and enjoy supporting others.

Your Skills:

  • Marketing MBA preferred
  • Minimum 3 years’ Marketing Managerial experience
  • Google Ads qualified
  • Google Analytics qualified
  • Ability to write literate, professional and persuasive copy that is relevant to the target audience.
  • Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • IT literacy, including MS Office, the internet and social media technologies
  • Experience in using graphic and video software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, After Effects, Blender
  • Ability to be reactive to last-minute needs, to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines and multi-task.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated, creative and an innovative thinker to bring new ideas to the table

Salary range

£30,000-£36,000 (subject to experience & fit)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London
