About The Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist (DMS) supports the B2B Marketing Team with a variety of day-to-day tasks and special projects. The DMS supports the team in programming, customizing, and reporting on client emails (Pardot). They ensure data connections are made between Pardot, Salesforce and Google Analytics for thorough and accurate metrics tracking. The DMS uses their CSS/HTML experience to create and edit website pages and forms, and troubleshoot issues as needed.

What You'll Do Here

  • Program and report on client emails in Pardot, train users when relevant, and manage email send schedule.
  • Write and edit CSS and HTML code to create and customize emails, forms, and landing pages in Pardot.
  • Create, edit, update, and report on Salesforce Campaigns.
  • Edit general Pardot system settings and fields.
  • Troubleshoot issues, e.g., broken links and page formatting errors.
  • Edit webpage iframes to display forms (JavaScript).
  • Add all client eBulletins and blogs to website.
  • Add contact form/boxes to pages, as needed.
  • Partner with IT on website updates (quality checks on website enhancements and ensuring projects are completed/prioritized).
  • Edit webpage content, upon request.
  • Pull and send eBulletin click reports (weekly).
  • Pull data for and create various sections of the Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Marketing reports (client eBulletins, website inquiries, Chatbot, website traffic, Google Ads, influenced opportunities, etc.).
  • Present findings on a quarterly basis.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Post-secondary/technical education or certification required.
  • Google Analytics Certification
  • 2 years’ experience with marketing automation and marketing software tools, including Salesforce
  • 2 years’ experience with an email sending software tool, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (Pardot)
  • Coding with CSS/HTML (must have)
  • Google Analytics (must have)
  • Google Ads (asset)
  • Salesforce user experience (must have)
  • Pardot experience (solid asset)
  • Self-motivated, solution-focused, great customer service skills
What We Offer
The pay range estimated for this position is $60,000-$70,000 annually. Please note that hourly rates/salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, prior relevant experience, skills, education, certification, location as well as internal equity and market data.
