(DMS) Account Managers are Epsilon Solution Strategists – responsible for the implementation and execution of strategy to deliver revenue against brand goals supporting performance and efficacy for our clients and cross teams.
A Team of Subject Matter Experts on tools, products and verticals – with a laser focus on the coordinated efforts of the cross-team’s expert delivery of exceptional client services.

The role:
- Lead, Mentor & Coach a team of Account Managers at various levels
- Client Services of a portfolio of brands.
- Lead Cross Teams (x12 departments) in growing and retaining clients through the delivery of first-class service and implementation of innovative digital marketing strategies.
- Partner successfully alongside Sales teams (Business Development and Client Development)
- Application of the full capabilities of Epsilon Digital Media Solutions.
- Managing internal & external resources for integration and delivery of objective based solutions in line with client objectives
- Build relationships with key client marketing, merchandising, and media decision makers.
- Quarterly Business Planning & Client Growth Strategies
- Negotiate win-win solutions that maximize value.
- Conceptualise and implementing automation projects to drive efficacies
- Travel for business meetings – EU / US
- Analytical thinkers – data story tellers
- Are passionate about the big data, technology and problem-solving
- Strong organizational skills - time management and follow-through skills are essential!
- Possess excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Love working in an energetic and engaging team environment
