Job description
All The Details is a leading Steel and Aluminum window company in search of a marketing professional with at least 5 years of experience. As we work extensively with high end residential architects and designers, experience in these fields is a HUGE plus. This is a part time position, 15 hours a week (4 hours/day, Monday, Wednesday and Friday), in our Westport CT office. Fun collaborative and creative work environment!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and preferences.
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message and value proposition.
- Collaborate with our design and sales teams to create compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- Manage our social media presence and online marketing efforts, including SEO and PPC advertising.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for new marketing initiatives and strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Some experience in marketing branding and strategy, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, is a plus.
- Knowledge of AI, such as ChatGPT
