Job Description
Aerial Direct are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our small, tight-knit team who support all departments with Marketing goals.
Working with external agencies to deliver projects and managing projects in the internal team, the Digital Marketing Executive is crucial for driving the strategy.
Utilising all marketing disciplines, the Digital Marketing Executive supports on creative and digital tasks including content creation and email marketing. A large focus of this role is helping the team become more of a revenue-driving operation and supporting with education of marketing value in the business.
Duties and responsibilities
- Day to day maintenance of the Aerial Direct website including some webpage development
- Working with external agencies to deliver digital advertising, managing those digital ads where necessary and identifying improvements to generate results
- Supplier relationship management – liaising with multiple agencies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Managing relationships with key partners and ensuring literature relating to their products adheres to partnership guidelines
- Creating and posting content on the intranet, producing engaging internal communications and managing uploads
- Coordinating promotional activities, events and interviews
- Create & nurture qualified leads through call to actions, social media ads and organic posts, landing pages and work with the sales team to push inbound conversion
- Research market trends, demographics, and other relevant information that helps managers and directors develop marketing plans
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify new opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, including website traffic, email open rates, and social media engagement
- Working with external agencies to deliver digital advertising, managing those digital ads where necessary and identifying improvements to generate results
- Any other ad hoc duties as required

Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience- Experience analysing performance of channels including third party referral sites and making recommendations to improve performance.
- Experience in the telecoms industry is preferred
Knowledge /Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- MS Office Packages, Advanced PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills.
