Job Title: Digital Marketing Account Manager

Salary/Benefits: £35k

Location: Corby/Hybrid

Contract type: Full Time

Hours per week: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a strong focus on SEO, CRO and Consultancy to join their team. As a Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for working alongside the Client Services Manager developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies with a heavy emphasis on supporting thir SEO team. Your expertise will drive clients success, improve search engine rankings, and ensure their clients' digital presence is optimised for success.

Along with the Client Services Manager you will be responsible for day-to-day management and strategising of client accounts.

Your day to day;
  • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies, with a strong focus on SEO, to drive organic growth and improve performance.
  • Managing client relationships through multi-channel communication
  • Work with Client Services Manager and SEO team to develop strong campaigns that produce results across a range of clients
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO to ensure our clients' websites are fully optimised and compliant with search engine guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, web developers, and designers, to implement marketing recommendations and ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for our clients, providing strategic recommendations to enhance their competitive advantage.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in digital marketing to provide holistic marketing solutions to our clients.
  • There may be a requirement for line-management of team members as the company continues to grow, so experience with this would be useful.



Who are we looking for?
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager preferably within a digital marketing agency.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and industry tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO auditing tools.
  • Demonstrated success in improving organic search rankings, driving organic traffic, and achieving measurable SEO results.
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools for keyword research, website auditing, and performance tracking.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret data and analytics to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with other digital marketing channels and strategies, including PPC advertising, social media, and content marketing, is desirable.
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms, such as WooCommerce, Shopify, or Magento, is a plus.
  • Experience working with diverse clients and industries is preferred.
  • Due to office location, Full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
