ACS International Schools are recruiting for an experienced Digital Marketing Assistant to support the ACS marketing team with branded materials, digital content and assets, website updates and social media posting working within a dynamic and fun digital team for a six-month fixed term contract.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project manage and develop graphic assets for campaigns and social media posts.
- Support the population of the ACS website; fundraising pages and donor pages; creating other new pages, uploading copy, news articles, images and video content, and other ad hoc website tasks via Drupal CMS
- Collaborate with other functions including HR, IT and Health & Safety to ensure our job postings, policies and forms are published and up to date
- Support the digital team to continually improve the online customer experience and maximise conversions, including on page SEO tasks and ongoing website maintenance.
- Support reporting on digital performance including use of web tools such as Google Analytics, SEO and social media tools
- Monitor and report on competitor digital content and activity , particularly on other schools digital and social fundraising activities
- Ensure understanding of the Independent school and education sector and latest developments in digital content usage
- Support the marketing team with ad hoc marketing activities including photography, filming, graphic design requests and editing.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Ability to work in teams and project management
- Experience of content development and publishing for social media platforms
- Experience of online charity/alumni programme marketing ( not essential)
- Experience of CMS management
- Good SEO knowledge
- Google analytics experience
- Good IT skills – Google suite and Microsoft packages
- Video/photo editing and Canva skills useful
- A ‘can do’ attitude, and an eye for detail. Can build positive and strong working relationships.

This is 6 month fixed term contract, full time role working Monday to Friday either 8.00am to 4.00pm or 9.00am to 5.00pm with hybrid working available based at ACS Cobham.The role will require flexibility and travel to ensure delivery, including to our three UK campuses. Driving license required.
