Package:

1. You be the Digital Marketing Manager for three (3) companies, one in the Music Festival sector, one in the Construction sector, one in the Care sector.

2. Salary GBP 25k to GBP 30k plus benefits & bonuses

3. You will report to Head Office in Northwich.

4. Hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Roles and Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager:

1. Must be able to create content, graphics, videos, and adverts across Facebook, Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok,Twitter and You Tube.

2. Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay Per Click (PPC)

3. Building and maintaining a brand’s presence across multiple social media channels

4. Creating, executing and monitoring marketing campaign budgets

5. Collaborating with media and sales teams to improve marketing results

6. Measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, service quotas, bounce rate and ad spend return on investment

7. Coordinating with the digital marketing team to identify innovative growth strategies

8. Preparing reports on the performance of marketing campaigns

9. Using advanced analytics software to identify customer touchpoints and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels.

10. Devise and deliver Marketing strategy working with key stakeholders (internal and external)

11. Identifying and utilising the breadth of digital channels to deliver on agreed targets and metrics, including SEO, paid media, email and social

12. Analysing performance whilst identifying new ways to drive growth

13. Identifying new marketing trends and staying up to date with changes / advances in technology

The Ideal Candidate:

1. A minimum of 2 years’ hands on experience working across a range of channels including email, social, web, paid media, seo (client side or agency)

2. Good understanding of SEO and paid media (PPC)

3. Data driven, strategic and highly motivated

4. Working knowledge of Google Analytics and other similar tools

5. Highly professional with strong communication skills, to optimise cross functional relationships

6. Excellent design and creativity skills

7. Excellent computer skills for graphics and videos

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
