NCC Resources are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career delivering highly engaging marketing content to our customers.
You will work as part of an established team looking to shape the company’s acquisition and retention strategy, helping to drive the company’s growth.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Grow our B2C and B2C brands
- Develop our CRM and marketing automation systems/processes
- Create, execute and review email marketing campaigns
- Monitor, report and analyse marketing activity results to improve website performance, increase customer enquiries and online orders
- Write engaging marketing copy and proofread content
- Implement and own our social media strategy (across Facebook and Twitter)
- Create and update compelling marketing graphics in Adobe Photoshop
- Update content across all our online platforms
- Keep up to date with current digital marketing trends and provide recommendations for change

- Currently working in a digital marketing role, with at least 2-3 years relevant experience
- Up-to-date on changes in the industry
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen

- Keen eye for detail in all areas of work
- Self-driven and motivated to complete tasks
- Ability to use intuitive and search out solutions autonomously
- Positive can-do attitude and energy
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Great with IT & tech, especially Microsoft Office
- Ability to meet challenging deadlines and work on multiple projects at the same time
- Previous experience in managing website content
- PPC and SEO experience desirable
- Experience with CRM desirable
