Please not this role is remote with Occasional travel for Team Meetings, Full driving license will be required.
Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification
- Development and processing of digital marketing reports to improve scope, accuracy and to measure digital marketing effectiveness
- Identify and execute improvements to our existing digital marketing reports in terms of aesthetics, user experience and functionality
- Provide day to day reporting support to all departments, through the efficient and accurate operation of PowerBI. Ensure that feeds and systems are working correctly
- Administering and updating the tools we use to track email and telephone campaigns. Ensuring that data is robust and work with suppliers and other departments to resolve any data issues
- Manage tools and processes for tracked marketing numbers across the group
Skills and experience:
- Degree, preferably with a numerate component
- Comfortable in manipulating, analysing and visualizing data
- A passion for all things digital, and a strong desire to learn, create, contribute and innovate
- Highly organised
- A keen eye for detail
- Some familiarity with the key elements in digital marketing: websites, social media, paid and organic search and online advertising
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft excel. Knowledge of PowerBI would be desirable
