Job description

We’re looking to hire an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing team, both working from home and within our London offices.

As a fully integrated Digital Agency, this is the perfect opportunity for someone eager to learn the whole mix of Digital Marketing channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO and Email Marketing, whilst working on some outstanding clients.

Alongside the opportunity to work on a range of fantastic clients across the entire marketing mix, you’ll also be joining a fast-growing agency offering brilliant training opportunities, career progression and exposure to a wide range of industries.

Working closely alongside our Account Managers and Executives, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Conducting keyword and audience research on a range of channels.
  • Working with the other Digital Marketing Assistants to proactively present industry ‘interest pieces’ to the wider agency team.
  • Ensuring processes are followed and any barriers and issues are calmly resolved & ensure all tasks are delivered to schedule and budget.
  • Supporting and managing the setup of client campaigns across a broad range of channels including, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Google and YouTube.
  • Producing engaging content pieces for clients across a range of verticals from ad copy to blog posts.
  • Growing our Agency brand through blog posts, content outreach and PR opportunities.
  • Ensuring you understand the client business you are working on in the context of your day-to-day work, using your insight into the client’s business to discuss possible improvements with the Account Manager/Executive.
  • Ensuring that you work with the Account Managers/Executives to develop your knowledge and skill set of the channels and media that The Good Marketer operates with.

Here’s what you need to impress us

  • Previous content writing experience is highly desired.
  • Previous experience writing long form copy
  • Previous experience editing videos for different platforms
  • Previous experience in creating graphics for different platforms
  • Previous experience in Google Ads would be ideal
  • Previous experience in setting up and managing Facebook & Instagram ads
  • Google Analytics experience is advantageous.
  • A general understanding of using content as a marketing channel.
  • An interest in digital advertising, recent developments and advertising platforms.
  • A keen eye for detail, great time management skills and a passion for learning.
  • A love for dogs! You’ll find our resident Agency pups regularly snoozing around the office.
