Job description

The Role:

You will be supporting the account manager in the day-to-day running of the client's account.

Collectively as a team, you will be measured against increasing website traffic through effective marketing, as well as hitting KPIs for all channels.

You will be creating eye-catching content that cuts through the noise on:

  • LinkedIn
  • Facebook
  • TikTok
  • YouTube

You should feel confident in writing creative captions for social media posts, aligned with the tone of voice of the brand.

You will be creating and scheduling emails, with the support of the account manager.

You will build and manage relevant communities across key social channels.

You should feel confident in accurately analysing the accounts and content performance, this will be across social media, email and any other relevant platforms.

You will be sharing insights and expertise into how user needs have changed over time and share your ideas on how you plan to optimise social media content to align with the consumers changing needs.
