Please Note: This is a contract role, for one year.
The Digital Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Digital Team to develop and manage the multi-channel digital marketing strategy that incorporates marketing automation, digital, social, and offline channels. The consultant will be responsible for working cross-functionally and working with a multinational marketing team to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels and to deliver successful campaigns for lead generation, nurture, and conversion across a variety of channels. The consultant must drive digital marketing efforts to achieve CS Global Partners business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with all digital activities and any additional tasks that may arise
- Assisting the Social Media Manager with daily posting and social listening
- Scheduling social media posts for the following week
- Performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities
- Community management of all social platforms
- Daily Social Media Roundup
- Weekly social media metrics report
- Organic social media community growth
- Conducting market research and creating reports
- The above will apply to at least 5 brands, with multiple social accounts / platforms.
- Monthly and Quarterly reports
- Screenshots of all social posts for each month, in preparation for monthly and quarterly reports
- Identify social media opportunities by staying informed on the latest social media changes, updates, trends and new features,
- Assisting with the setup, deployment and reporting on digital emails.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in marketing
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing
- Experience working on social media for business.
- High level of attention to detail
- Administratively focused
- Good communicator both written and verbal

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
