We are a domiciliary care company. We provide support to the elderly with bathing, toileting, medication administration, meal preparation and companionship. What you’ll do:
You will play a key role on our team and drive staff and client recruitment via a well thought out communication and social media strategy.
1. Day-to-day social media management including the scheduling of posts and community management across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok and YouTube Analytics and reporting, making recommendations to optimize performance
2. Regular monitoring of social trends and platform feature enhancements
3. Researching and implementing best practice for each platform and conducting competitive analysis
4. Content planning and development across all channels, and ensuring that content reflects our current messages and commercial activities in a way that will attract and engage our audience
5. Working with the senior management team to develop relevant content that showcases our brand and values
6. Being responsible for the strategy and execution
7. Growing both followers and engagement across all major social media platforms, keeping up to date with trends and algorithms
8. Developing content for our website and maintaining blogs and newsletters
9. Writing content and producing the creative for marketing materials
10. Effective written and verbal communication is required
11. Support the office team with other tasks as required such as administrative and recruitment tasks and cover care visits with clients in case of emergency
Are you the right candidate?
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following;
1. Detailed understanding of what creative content works best on social media
2. The ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights or recommendations
3. A deep understanding of social media platforms, in particular Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn
4. Ability to create and edit videos.
5. Must be proficient in English and have experience developing content
6. Must be proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign and Adobe Premiere Pro
7. Must drive and have access to a car
8. Must be willing to jump in to cover care visits with clients (we will train you in care)
9. Ability to work with little or no supervision
