autokitchen is a Computer Aided Design software that kitchen and interior designers and manufacturers rely on to produce plans, presentations, quotes, and construction parts lists.
About the role:
As a Digital Marketing Assistant Apprentice, you'll provide customer support for autokitchen's software users whilst supporting the sales team in generating leads via telephone and engaging email content. You will also play a vital role in maintaining company websites and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track and monitor campaign performance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Support and Sales Interaction: The primary aspect of this role involves providing top-notch customer support for software users. This includes promptly addressing user inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with software-related concerns. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling incoming sales calls, engaging with potential customers, and providing them with the necessary information to make informed decisions. You will be provided training on the autokitchen Software to learn how to use and support users actively.
- Email Campaign Management: Another significant responsibility involves the development, analysis, and maintenance of email campaigns from both Brevo and our CRM. Your role will encompass creating engaging email content tailored for mass distribution to both existing customer base and potential leads. Continuously monitoring campaign performance metrics is crucial to refine strategies, enhance customer engagement, and guide leads through the sales funnel effectively.
- Website Maintenance and Optimization: You will also play a vital role in maintaining websites to ensure they operate smoothly. This includes regular checks to identify and address any technical issues that may arise, ensuring optimal Search Engine Optimization (SEO) performance, and managing Google Ads campaigns to maximize online presence.
- CRM Organization and Management: The organization and upkeep of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system are integral parts of your responsibilities. This involves diligently managing contact information, updating customer details, and tracking information related to the shipment and upgrading of program licenses. Maintaining a well-organized CRM is essential for effective customer relationship management and efficient software license management.
- Software Package Preparation and Document Printing: In addition to the aforementioned responsibilities, you will also be responsible for preparing software packages for shipment. This includes ensuring that all components are correctly assembled and that associated information packs and documents are printed and included.
Entry Requirements:
- You’ll need to attend an online interview with our Talent Team and pass initial assessments in maths and English once you have completed your registration.
- You will need to be within a commutable distance to the office location listed.
Skills:
- IT Proficiency: A background in IT is desired with a preference for candidates who have experience using software packages, especially within the CAD industry.
- Passion for Technology and Marketing: The ideal candidate should demonstrate a passion for technology and marketing and a willingness to learn on the job and actively engage in collaborative problem-solving with colleagues.
- Effective Communication: Good communication skills are a must. You’ll be working directly with clients over telephone lines, providing sales and technical support, so the ability to communicate clearly and professionally is crucial to success in this role.
