THE TEAM
Ticketmaster UK is part of Live Nation Entertainment, the largest live entertainment company in the world, consisting of five businesses: concert promotion and venue operations, sponsorship, ticketing solutions, ecommerce, and artist management. The Ticketmaster Marketing team drives customer engagement via our Content, CRM, and Performance Marketing channels, creating campaigns to retain existing fans, acquire new fans and ultimately drive sales.
THE JOB
The Digital Marketing Apprentice will assist the Performance Marketing Manager in delivering day-to-day tasks across our affiliate marketing channel; and work towards the overarching department’s goal which is to grow traffic and ticket sales. Whilst this role is predominantly focusing on affiliate marketing channels, there will be opportunities to acquire knowledge and skills across other performance marketing channels. This role is ideal if you are looking to start and develop your career in digital marketing within the live entertainment industry.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Support with creating and publishing weekly affiliate newsletters working co-operatively with the marketing team.
- Help deliver effective communication to affiliate partners.
- Assist in researching and sourcing affiliate partners activities (eg. editorial content).
- Assist in delivering affiliate marketing campaign activities.
- Support in monitoring partners' activity and performance.
- Support with prospecting potential new local partners.
- Analyse and interpret data in Excel to measure and evaluate performance.
- Assist manager in updating partners' records and segmentation.
- Support manager with compiling and producing performance reports.
- Receive training in line with the scope of the role.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- Minimum of five GCSE A-C grades (including Maths, English).
- Good IT skills and effective in using MS Office Pack (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact confidently and build good relationships within the team and with collaborators.
- Excellent analytical skills and confidence in using Excel (previous experience working with databases is a plus).
- Ability to work with briefs and processes.
- Ability to demonstrate pro activeness and use own initiative.
- Knowledge or exposure to digital marketing principles (affiliate marketing would be a bonus).

- Organisational skills: ability to prioritise tasks and manage time to meet deadlines.
- Genuine passion for live entertainment, digital marketing, and data.
