Brief job description:

Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Marketing Apprentice with Surge Agency Ltd, a maritime and renewable energy marketing agency based in London.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Digital Marketer to join our Marketing team. To succeed in this role, you must have a passion for digital marketing. You will be curious, a fast learner, and have the ambition to excel in our field.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

• Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
• Help manage social media channels and create engaging content.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Assist in the creation of reports and analysis of campaign performance.
• Support the team with day-to-day tasks and administrative duties.

Qualifications:

• 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

Skills Required:

• An interest in sustainability and ethical working practices.
• A passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and develop your skills.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms — LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Training to be provided:

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Digital Marketer, with training in how to:

• Source, plan, develop and deploy digital content across a variety of channels including your website and social media.
• Execute multi-channel digital campaigns using online platforms.
• Monitor and evaluate channel and campaign performance using different analytical tools.
• Adopt a test and learn approach to digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement.
