We have a wonderful opportunity to join the Global Sustainable Transformation Practice at Kantar as a digital marketing apprentice to work in a dynamic and passionate team of sustainability experts and practitioners. We are looking for people who have a curiosity about or even some experience of marketing and sustainability.
The Global Sustainable Transformation Practice works with organisations and brands across a range of sustainability challenges to meaningfully define and powerfully activate sustainability strategy. Identifying strategic growth opportunities, crafting purposeful brands, and building future proof capabilities are at the core of what we do.
About the role
You will work closely with the Marketing lead and the team, primarily supporting marketing activities to grow our community and engagement. The role will provide you with knowledge and hands-on learning in digital marketing, internal and external promotion, marketing automation as well campaign creation and execution.
Main responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Creating, scheduling, and managing posts across various social media platforms.
- Email Marketing: Designing and executing email marketing campaigns, managing subscriber lists, and analyzing campaign performance.
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Optimizing website content and structure to improve organic search rankings and drive more traffic to the website.
- PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Advertising: Setting up and managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyzing marketing data using tools like Google Analytics to measure the performance of digital marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Webinars and Virtual Events: Organizing and promoting webinars or virtual events to generate leads and engage with the target audience.
- Lead Handoff: Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads for further conversion.
- Sales Content management: Making sure we offer the content needed internally to help sales teams to engage with clients (case studies, one pagers...)
- Intranet Content Management: Ensure that the intranet contains up-to-date and relevant content, including our Practice news, and other resources that employees need. Support global clients on this task.
Must have acheived a C/4 or above in GCSE maths AND english

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
- Proficiency with Photoshop, Canva
- Excellent level of English for written and verbal communication with clients, vendors, and partners
- Entrepreneurial spirit and tenacity to make a difference
You will undertake the ground-breaking Apprentify Digital Marketer Level 3 apprenticeship.
We have designed our programme to offer you 4 distinct routes to focus your career path and specialise in areas such as Social Media, Search Engine Marketing, Web Design or Web Development. These paths are designed to jump-start your career and make you stand out in a competitive field increasing your future earning potential.
During the 15 months of training, you will learn cutting-edge theory and industry practice across three Knowledge Modules:
Marketing Principles – starting with the basics you will learn how to effectively target customers based on their wants and desires as well as how the sales and marketing funnels work. You will understand what makes customers buy or not buy and how marketing can influence this as well as how to effectively focus on target markets and manage customers to make them loyal to a business.
How the Web Works – delving into the technical you will learn the Principles of Coding and how marketers create effective websites, designs and user interfaces. This includes how web design and development drive engagement and conversions.
Driving Return on Investment – using data to create detailed customer insight, you will learn how to use industry leading platforms (including Google Analytics) to understand the online customer journey and improve your marketing based on customer usage of your website.
