Purpose of the job
Management of marketing and social media for the company. The role involves a lot of creativity and engagement.
Design and create visual marketing campaigns, catalogues & other marketing material (digital & print).
This role will involve:
- Create a 'corporate' marketing strategy and implementation plan.
- Deliver marketing campaigns for all business areas.
- Take responsibility for external PR & Marketing events and maximising opportunities for communications activity.
- Implementing SEO and AdWords, Paid social media and online positioning
- Maintaining and updating the company website via word-press, SEO and blogging.
- Be responsible for all social media activity (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest etc.) and managing corporate social media accounts.
- Monitoring, managing, and altering ads & campaigns when required.
- Seek opportunities to improve the use of social media and develop 'followers'
- Design and create visual marketing campaigns, catalogues & other marketing material (digital & print)
Skills
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Proficient in use and application of Google Analytics, AdWords and paid for social media
- Proficiency in Photoshop/Publisher Programmes.
- Excellent communication skills; both written and oral.
Photography skills and Driving Licence will be advantageous, as sometimes you would need to go to the site and take some pictures / make a video of our work for marketing purposes.
Knowledge of construction and joinery industry will be very appreciated and useful.

Salary negotiable, dependent on experience.

Salary: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
