The role involves being accountable for the companies marketing and working on behalf of the Managing Director to cover all marketing areas of the business.
Working week:
Monday to Friday 9 - 4.30

The role involves being accountable for the companies marketing and working on behalf of the Managing Director to cover all marketing areas of the business.
These include branding, Social Media channel content creativity and management for LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok, video and digital content involvement, outbound email creativity and processing, Employer branding and General Marketing Strategy.
The role will also involve non-Marketing based tasks such as some basic admin, basic database work and general office based odd jobs.
These can vary and you will need to be comfortable with doing non-marketing based tasks for several hours of the week.
Requirements and prospects
Qualifications Required:
Grade C/4 and above in both English and Maths, a relevant creative digital qualification is also desirable.
Desired skills:
Creative, Ideas person with a passion and enthusiasm for marketing. You should be able to demonstrate knowledge of social media platforms, how they are used for advertising and how they differ from each other.
Personal Qualities:
Pro-active and hardworking
Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Digital Marketer qualification, with training in how to:
- Source, plan, develop and deploy digital content across a variety of channels
- Execute multi-channel digital campaigns using online platforms
- Monitor and evaluate channel and campaign performance using different analytical tools
- Adopt a test and learn approach to digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement
All training is delivered online in virtual classrooms twice per week
You will undertake Functional Skills for English and/or Maths if needed
Future Prospects:
The role has the possibility of going full time in future with management progression as we scale.
